When I look at Abigail and Chet, I see two beautiful beings who compliment and complete one another entirely. With Chet's careful and problem-solving oriented mind, mixed with Abigail's innate sense of creativity and wonder for the aesthetic in everything, this couple perfectly represents the left and right brain. This is a truly rare thing to behold and greatly enhances the already profound beauty of this union.

Abigail and Chet balance each other in so many ways. With her keen penchant for the creative elements and her bold confidence in spontaneity and the unknown, Abigail has given Chet a sense of security that feels as natural as family and the courage to feel his emotions fully and without regret (as well as a lesson or two on fashion and skincare). With his thoughtful, intentful, and process-oriented approach, Chet has given Abigail a pure sense of how to balance spontaneity and structure, bringing a greater sense of clarity in life. This couple is the true epitome of change and personal growth, and they masterfully switch up the routine to always keep things exciting. He is the function, and she is the aesthetic.

When I heard the story of how they met, it invoked a sense of magic in my heart. It is truly amazing to think that their first date was almost canceled because of how busy their schedules were, especially living quite a distance from one another in separate states. But the stars truly aligned for them and the forces that be, made it happen. We can also be thankful for the drunk woman at the bar who broke the ice between them by noticing Abigail’s beauty and offering some interesting words of encouragement to Chet. We can only hope that this individual is aware of the profound impact of their words. Additionally, we can truly be thankful for the forces of nature for further igniting the spark in their bond together with a beautiful display of bioluminescent algae as they walked along the shore later that evening. This serendipitous natural occurrence solidified the magic between them and linked the spirit of their union to the majesty of the ocean we see before us.
